After 10 years of development, Purkinje is proud to announce that one of the largest electronic health record projects ever to be undertaken in Canada has reached full operational capability. The Canadian Forces Health Information System (CFHIS), which uses the Purkinje EMR, has now been fully deployed to 44 sites all over the world where the Department of National Defence provides health services to Canadian Forces members. Université de Montréal’s clinic is on board with Purkinje Dossier (EMR)! Purkinje has signed an agreement with Université de Montreal to deploy Dossier to over 50 healthcare providers. Once again, Purkinje’s EMR asserts its status as a market leader by becoming a key tool in one of the top universities in Canada! |
The Montmagny-L'Islet Family Medicine Group in Montmagny, Quebec, was formed in 2003 by the staff of three clinics and has grown to include five clinics served by 20 doctors and three nurses. The Salon Informatique Santé, held in Montreal in October, was a huge success. Purkinje launched its latest generation of Electronic Medical Record. New telemedicine and homecare solutions were also demonstrated. Purkinje had the opportunity to team up with members of the Trois-Rivières regional hospital (CHRTR) for a conference about their successful implementation of Purkinje’s Electronic Patient Record. |
